Warnings:
Health Monitoring and Immunization concepts are maintained by Knowledge Management. Do not remove concepts from this group.
Removing a concept from the General group is permanent, and it cannot be retrieved once removed.
1. If you haven’t already, select Add/Edit Concept from the Admin menu.
2. Find the concept you wish to remove. For details, see Searching for a Concept.
3. Click the check box to the left of the concept name. Concepts can only be removed if the check box is activated.
Notes:
Once a concept is removed from a group, it will no longer be available in that group. However, it will still be available from the General group.
A concept can be removed from General if is not being used by any templates (the concept ID is not a hyperlink) and is not associated with any other group.
4. Click Remove. A popup warning message displays.
5. Click Ok.
