This module displays a list of health monitoring items for the selected patient. These items are designed to keep clinicians up to date on the status of factors that can positively influence good health and preventive care.
The LMR displays the most recent values recorded for each health monitoring item along with the associated recording dates. Items are displayed from a variety of sources, including information entered via other LMR modules (such as Flowsheets and Notes) and lab values from the clinical data repository (CDR).
