4Next Login Help for Mass General Brigham Staff
Access from the Mass General Brigham network (including VPN)
When you're on the Mass General Brigham network, including the remote
VPN, clicking will
automatically initiate the process of signing you in with your credentials
from the network.

- 4Next standalone automatically returns to the Login
after 15 minutes of inactivity.
Access from the Internet
You can access 4Next over the Internet, without VPN, by clicking , entering your Mass General
Brigham user ID and password, and then entering the 2-step verification
code when prompted.
- For 2-step verification, you must have a phone
number in your profile. You can be notified by text or voice. See
MyProfile
> Manage My Account > My Profile Information > Update Phone
Verification. You can also call the Service Desk
to help you set it up.
- 4Next standalone automatically returns to the Login
after 15 minutes of inactivity. If you are not on the network, you
will have to repeat the login process of signing in with your user
ID, password, and 2-step verification.
