Longitudinal Medical Record  

The LMR (Longitudinal Medical Record) system is a comprehensive, integrated electronic medical record. With the LMR, all authorized health-care providers have access to up-to-date patient information at their fingertips.

The LMR automates your management of patient information, standardizing your methods for data entry, retrieval, and reporting. The LMR also allows you to print patient notes and summaries, and to send clinical messages to other clinicians using the LMR.

The LMR consists of the following major modules accessed using the links in the top menu bar.
